I’m not sure which service my pet needs. Where should I start?
Give us a call at 301-482-2535 and tell us what’s going on. We’ll help you figure out the right place to start.
Will you recommend every test, vaccine and product available?
No. Not every pet needs every test, vaccine or product. We recommend what’s needed, explain your options and help you choose what fits your pet, your philosophy and your budget. Learn how we help manage costs.
Will there be time to talk through my pet’s care?
Yes. Every plan starts with a conversation, in an appointment long enough to have one, so there’s room for your questions.
Which services are part of everyday care?
Everyday care includes wellness and preventive care, vaccinations, nutritional counseling and senior pet care. Together they cover exams, labwork and preventatives, vaccines tailored to your pet’s lifestyle, diet and supplement plans, and closer monitoring as pets get older.
Where can I learn about dental cleanings, surgery or spay and neuter?
Each has its own page: animal dental care, surgery and spay and neuter. Our page on drop-offs, surgeries and worries explains what happens on the day of a procedure and how we make time apart easier for you both.
Do you offer lab testing, microchipping and a pharmacy?
Yes. Our laboratory offers in-house testing for quick answers, with reference laboratories for everything else. Microchipping helps lost pets get home faster, and our pharmacy and Online Store delivers medications, preventatives, diets and supplements to your door.
